Project Scope & Highlights:

• Monument Signage: A large, custom-built monument sign acts as a welcoming statement piece for the community entrance. Crafted for visibility and elegance, this sign reinforces the property’s upscale branding.
• Type II Custom Wall Murals & Textured Wallpaper: We installed high-quality Type II textured wallpaper in community areas. This includes spaces such as the gym, clubhouse, lounges, and corridors. These murals elevate the interiors with refined design elements that blend functionality and visual appeal.
• Laser-Cut Metal Features: We designed custom laser-cut metal elements. These include an outdoor pergola, decorative fencing, and a stunning water feature. These additions transform shared outdoor spaces into striking architectural focal points.
• Wayfinding & Directional Signage: Interior and exterior directional signage was carefully developed to enhance navigation while maintaining the community’s cohesive visual identity.
• ADA Room ID Signs & Elevator Signage: We designed and installed signs that meet ADA standards. These signs help identify rooms, elevators, and public safety routes. This ensures accessibility and meets code requirements while maintaining a stylish appearance.
• Parking Garage Branding: A bold dimensional logo sign and coordinated parking signage enhance the visitor experience and reinforce brand visibility from every angle.
