Coastal Signs Plus designed, produced, and installed a comprehensive exterior signage package for Interstate Batteries All Battery Center in El Cajon, CA. The project combined large-format billboard signage, custom channel letters, and an updated pylon sign to create a consistent brand presence and improve visibility from multiple approaches to the property.
Custom Billboard Signage
CS+ produced and installed two large-format billboard signs positioned above the building roofline for increased visibility from the surrounding roadway. Each sign incorporates Interstate Batteries branding with directional messaging to help customers identify and access the location.
The billboard package included Interstate Batteries logos, branded messaging, contact information, and Turn Right Here and Turn Left Here directions based on the respective approach to the property. The layouts were designed for clear recognition and legibility from passing traffic.
Channel Letter Signage
The primary storefront identification features a full-width channel letter sign package installed across the building’s green fascia. The Interstate Batteries logo is integrated alongside oversized ALL BATTERY CENTER dimensional lettering, creating a strong and highly visible exterior brand statement.
The signage was fabricated to maintain Interstate Batteries’ established green and white visual identity, with the scale and placement of the lettering designed to provide clear storefront identification from across the boulevard.

Pylon Sign Reface
CS+ also updated the property’s existing pylon sign with newly produced faces based on current Interstate Batteries branding. Retaining the existing sign structure allowed the property to receive an updated, cohesive appearance without requiring an entirely new freestanding sign.
Complete Signage Production & Installation
From design and production through final installation, Coastal Signs Plus coordinated the complete exterior signage package. Bringing the billboard signs, channel letters, and pylon graphics together under one project helped maintain consistent branding, materials, proportions, and visual presentation throughout the property.
The completed signage package gives Interstate Batteries All Battery Center a clear and recognizable presence from the roadway while providing customers with stronger identification and directional information as they approach the El Cajon location.
