CUSTOM FABRICATION
Our signs are created through custom fabrication based on your custom designs and designs from our in-house design team created for you. We utilize state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and equipment to ensure we meet your custom fabrication needs to bring your project signage to life. A small example of the manufacturing and fabrication equipment used includes letter bending machines, metal presses, large format digital printers and vinyl cutters, sandblasting and waterjet cutting machines, paint booths, powder coating equipment, thermoforming equipment, paint spray booths, CNC machines, direct color systems, UV LED laser printers that are compatible with ADA signage requirements, and polishing, anodizing, and galvanizing equipment. Our facilities are flexible enough to quickly scale to meet the demands of any scale project and your timeline.
MATERIALS
Materials used in fabrication and manufacturing your sign depend on not only on the type of sign but what your plans call for. Large or small, every type of sign and every installation situation affects the materials used and the fabrication process needed to create the sign and sign mounts. We can fabricate signage in a wide variety of materials including permanent and temporary vinyl, alumalite, aluminum, glass, acrylic, PVC free vinyl, steel, copper, brass, iron, plastic, stone, and Sintra boards. Our focus is on your needs so we do not limit our materials to a cookie-cutter selection. We have the experience and capabilities to work with whatever your project calls for.

PROTOTYPING
Here at Coastal Signs Plus we understand that sometimes your projects call for prototypes to work out final requirements. Our in-house design and our fabrication facilities work with you to create prototypes in your needed time frame and help you make revisions where needed. We are with you from concept to installation.
