Vive Luxe | San Diego, CA

The Branding Solution

Dated: January 1, 2023

Vive Luxe represents modern, vibrant, and luxurious living. It is one of the most desired residential addresses in San Diego. Combining cutting-edge architecture with stylish interiors, Vive Luxe offers an unparalleled lifestyle experience, featuring upscale amenities and striking design elements throughout the property.

Scope of Work

Coastal Signs Plus was chosen to provide a complete signage solution that matches the elegant style of Vive Luxe. Our objective was to design both exterior and interior signage. This signage aimed to enhance the visual appeal of the property. Additionally, it sought to improve the overall experience for residents.

Key Highlights

Exterior Signs & Sky Deck Sign:
To capture the modern and vibrant identity of Vive Luxe, we designed and installed custom exterior signs and a striking sky deck sign. These signs use durable materials and high-quality finishes that withstand the San Diego climate. They also add elegance to the building’s facade.
Podium Ride Share Sign:
Given the popularity of ride-sharing services among residents, we fabricated a custom podium ride share sign to clearly designate pick-up and drop-off points. This signage improves both convenience and traffic flow, seamlessly integrating with the property’s modern design.
Installation of Purchased Wallpaper:
To add a touch of artistic flair, we professionally installed pre-purchased wallpaper on pop-out areas in the resident corridors. Our team ensured precise alignment and a flawless finish to maintain the luxurious atmosphere throughout the hallways.
Lighted Interior Lobby Sign:
The lobby at Vive Luxe serves as a grand entrance for residents and guests. We designed and installed a lighted interior lobby sign that reflects the community’s upscale branding. This illuminated feature creates a welcoming and refined ambiance.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Coastal Signs Plus! My business sign looks so AMAZING - even better than I expected! Everyone I worked with here was so friendly, professional and quick to respond. They truly brought the design to life and I am so happy with how it came out! The turn around/install time was also super fast, which I loved and appreciated. I might be adding additional signage and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!!
