Coastal Signs Plus fabricated and installed a comprehensive interior and exterior signage package for The Torrey in Downtown San Diego. The project brings together illuminated building signage, wayfinding, code-compliant identification, garage signage, and custom environmental graphics to create a consistent visual experience throughout the property.
Exterior Illuminated Signage
CS+ fabricated and installed exterior illuminated signage to establish The Torrey’s identity and provide clear visibility from the surrounding streets. The exterior sign package was coordinated with the architecture and overall branding of the property for a polished, integrated appearance.
Interior Wayfinding & Code Signage
A complete system of interior wayfinding and code signage helps residents, guests, and visitors navigate the property while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the building.
The signage package combines functional identification and directional information with materials and finishes selected to complement The Torrey’s contemporary interiors.

Parking Garage Wayfinding
CS+ also produced and installed garage wayfinding signage to support vehicle and pedestrian circulation throughout the parking areas. Clear directional information helps connect the garage with building entrances and other key destinations within the property.
Custom Decorative Wall Mural
Beyond traditional identification and wayfinding signage, the project included a custom decorative wall mural that introduces a larger-scale visual element into the property.
The mural was produced as part of the broader sign and graphics package, allowing the environmental graphics to feel connected to the building’s overall identity rather than treated as a separate decorative feature.
Exterior Leasing Graphics
The scope also included exterior leasing graphics, providing The Torrey with branded promotional visibility while supporting leasing activity at the property.
A Complete Property Signage Package
From illuminated exterior identification to interior wayfinding, garage signage, code signage, wall graphics, and leasing graphics, Coastal Signs Plus coordinated the fabrication and installation of a diverse signage package for The Torrey.
The completed program creates a consistent visual experience across the property while addressing the practical identification, navigation, and branding requirements of a modern Downtown San Diego development.
