Coastal Signs Plus supplied and installed a custom wallpaper and wall mural package for Solaris Encinitas, a luxury apartment community in Encinitas, CA. The project features a collection of high-end wallcoverings and large-scale artwork used throughout the property to bring color, texture, and a distinctive coastal character to the interior spaces.
High-End Custom Wallcoverings
CS+ sourced and installed premium wallpaper throughout the Solaris Encinitas community. Rather than repeating a single pattern across the property, the project incorporates a variety of artwork and finishes selected for different spaces.
The wallcoverings range from bold botanical compositions and abstract artwork to ocean-inspired imagery, creating individual moments throughout the property while maintaining an elevated residential aesthetic.
Large-Scale Feature Walls
Several installations transform entire walls into large-format environmental graphics and artwork. Ocean waves, botanical illustrations, abstract patterns, and other colorful compositions become architectural features rather than conventional framed décor.
Careful installation was particularly important for these applications, with artwork requiring accurate alignment across individual wallpaper panels to preserve the original composition at full scale.
Wallpaper for Amenity & Common Areas
The wallcovering package extends across multiple interior environments, including common areas, amenity spaces, corridors, and restroom areas.
Each installation was coordinated with the surrounding architecture, furnishings, lighting, and finishes, allowing the artwork to become part of the overall interior design rather than appearing as an added graphic element.
Professional Wallcovering Installation
Premium wallpaper requires careful preparation, alignment, trimming, and installation, particularly when working with detailed artwork and large repeating or continuous compositions.
Coastal Signs Plus handled the installation throughout Solaris Encinitas, providing clean transitions around architectural features and precise alignment between individual panels.
The completed project demonstrates how custom wallpaper and wall murals can become an integral part of a multifamily interior. At Solaris Encinitas, the diverse collection of wallcoverings adds personality and visual interest throughout the luxury apartment community while complementing its contemporary coastal setting.
