New Logo & Branding Guidelines
As with the best center repositionings, the work started with identity. CS+ developed new branding for El Camino Crossing and then applied it across the site.

Two New Monument Signs
Two ground-up monument signs give the center identity and tenant visibility from Via De la Valle.

• Two new monument signs designed, permitted, fabricated, and installed
• Center identity cap over a structured multi-tenant panel layout
• Address numerals integrated into the sign architecture

Tenant Sign Criteria
New criteria give every storefront a consistent look while still leaving room for each tenant’s own brand.

• New tenant sign criteria written for the complex
• Dimensional lettering standard applied across storefronts
• Tenants including Market Restaurant & Sushi Lounge, Cellular Medicine, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Lavender Nails and Spa Boutique, and Kim Kelly Fit built to the standard

Updated Directories
Directories around the complex were rebuilt to match the new system and keep tenant listings clear and current.

• Panel system designed for straightforward tenant changes over time
