- Laser-Cut ‘Welcome’ Signage: A standout feature of this project, the laser-cut metal “Welcome” signs are illuminated for high-impact day-to-night visibility. These signs feature custom script typography and precise detailing that exudes coastal elegance and craftsmanship, acting as warm, eye-catching entry pieces for visitors.
- Wayfinding & Directional Signs: Strategically placed throughout the plaza, these signs feature clean typography and illuminated elements to help visitors easily locate shops, restaurants, parking, and view decks—enhancing both functionality and flow.
- Custom Blade Signs & Storefront Signage: From halo-lit brand signs like JANA ANN to push-thru acrylic graphics for national retailers, each storefront sign was custom-built to align with the brand’s identity while complementing the overall architectural style of the plaza.
- Illuminated Monument & Parking Signs: Key entrances and high-traffic areas were marked with internally illuminated monument signs and circular parking identifiers that maintain consistency and elegance across the plaza.
- Etched Panels & Directory Displays: CS+ designed and installed clean, upscale directories and wayfinding panels that integrate seamlessly into the natural stone and wood textures of the property.
